There was a mix up during booking because of Caesar's own booking system and the front desk offered subpar solutions instead of just owning up to the website issue and offering to make the guest happy. This probably probably would be a 3.5 star based on amenities but going to take off 1.5 for the abhorrent front desk manager/supervisor.
